• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to:

• European Union countries
• Selected international destinations

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on destination and selected shipping method:

United States: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
• Promotional free-shipping offers may apply during specific campaigns.

All applicable shipping fees are displayed before payment confirmation.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Processing & Delivery Times

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.


Customs & Import Duties

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Blackhillson is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact the courier first. We're happy to assist if needed.


WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the/a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as possible! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA (this varies from product to product). In other countries, it can take an estimated 8-16 days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Important to know

All our shipments are handled by DHL, FedEx and UPS. In order to offer you the best possible service, from our warehouse right to your door, we work with the best international carriers and we avoid postal service.
To find out shipping costs to your destination,  simply add desired goods to the basket: our system will automatically calculate the weight and volume of your potential order and will give the delivery charge.
By default, all our parcels travel insured; insurance service costs 1.2% and they are invoiced in your bill. Insurance is not mandatory and it can be removed: in this case, your order will not be covered for thefts, damages, and any other accident that may occur during transport, and it will travel at your own risk.

Once shipped, you can track online in real time your delivery by:

    ·  Clicking on the airway bill (AWB) number appearing on our shipping confirmation e-mail
    ·  Filling in your AWB number in the Courier windows on our home page
    ·  Going to “Your Orders” section on our home page and clicking on your order AWB number
    ·  Writing your AWB number on DHL, FedExand UPS websites.
