This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Blackhillson.com, operated by Hillson Corp, doing business as Blackhillson.
At Blackhillson, we aim to provide a transparent and secure purchasing experience. Due to the nature of luxury watches and accessories, the following return and refund conditions apply.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, protective films, and accessories are included
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Watches or products showing signs of wear, use, or sizing
• Items with removed protective films, tags, or seals
• Special orders or items sourced upon customer request
• Items marked as final sale
• Products returned without prior authorization
Authenticity & Condition Verification
All returned items are subject to inspection and authentication upon receipt.
Blackhillson reserves the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if:
• The item is returned in altered condition
• Original components or documentation are missing
• Signs of use are detected
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
Blackhillson is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped
• Once processing or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Blackhillson is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Such cases do not qualify for refunds.
